The Water Treatment Plant for ZULUF Central Processing Facilities project entails two contracts at the onshore oil facilities of ZULUF, located in eastern Saudi Arabia approximately 6 kilometres west of the airport in Tanajib. 

Construction contract involves the building of the water treatment plant. It will treat, degas and filter water for iron and suspended solids before reinjecting it in oil wells at the onshore facilities to maintain pressure and facilitate the production of Arab Heavy crude oil. It will have a maximum production capacity of 185,000 cubic metres per day.

Second contract provides for the management of the plant's Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for 25 years.

Construction works will be carried out by Fisia Italimpianti (a subsidiary of the Webuild Group).
