With CANTIERE LAVORO ITALIA there are 3 Practical Schools to train you for work in the infrastructure sector:
 

• TERRITORIAL SCHOOL. We train young people and the unemployed, we select profiles to create basic skills-the training needed for employment in large infrastructure sites.
• TRADE SCHOOL. Interim contract training, aimed at permanent employment, for labourers and technical specialists in Advanced Training Centers and in the classroom, for the skills you need to work on the job site.
• PROFESSIONS SCHOOL. Training with a permanent contract for professionals, in the classroom and on site, to acquire the skills you need to work in major infrastructure in an office staff role (buyers, project accountants, TBM engineers).

Advanced Training Centres are located within construction sites. They are dedicated to field training of newly hired specialist figures (like excavator miners, lancist miners, TBM operators, electricians, etc.). In the Training Centres, you will find a simulation classroom for operating machinery and one for role-playing technical training, areas for exercises with real work equipment.

At the Advanced Training Centres you'll do differentiated training, moving from theory to field learning, from e-learning to simulations, to increase your skills and be ready to safely operate in large infrastructure projects. 

You will live with the Webuild Team in a base camp or nearby facilities, with a free canteen service and housing.
