Annual General Meeting 2026
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Webuild, held on April 29, 2026, among other matters, resolved as follows:
- approved the 2025 Separate Financial Statements and the distribution to shareholders of a dividend in the amount of €0.081 for each outstanding ordinary share and €0.26 for each outstanding savings share
- appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors for the next three financial years
