Build Up provides students with practical experience and an opportunity to develop the skills needed to meet the challenges of the working world.

"Adotta una scuola" (Adopt a School) project
In 2023, we activated the 'Adopt a School' project (Adotta una Scuola) in cooperation with Skilla, already a Webuild partner for digital training.
The initiative brings corporate training through eLearning culture to Italian institutes, and has enabled us to make a catalogue of digital learning resources available to students, teachers and headmasters of the Istituto Tecnico CAT (Costruzioni Ambiente e Territorio) Carlo Bazzi in Milan, aimed at developing the skills of our resources.
The "Adotta una Scuola" and "Build Up" projects are part of the activities promoted by the Group that aim at favouring the employment of young talent, like the "Next-Gen" initiative that, through the collaboration and partnerships with schools and universities, promotes professional training paths.
