EVOLUTIO. Building the future for the last 120 years

EVOLUTIO - What if...

February 10, 2026 – “Evolutio,” the immersive exhibition dedicated to the infrastructures that have transformed Italy, has been inaugurated in Milan. The exhibition, conceived and organized by Webuild at the National Museum of Science and Technology (via Olona 6A), is open to the public from February 11 to April 7, 2026.

A journey through history and the future featuring previously unseen photos and videos, immersive and interactive installations, cultural insights, and historical testimonies. A unique experience inside major construction sites in Italy and around the world, enhanced by simulators that recreate lifestyles from the 1930s to today.

“Italy is one of the most industrialized countries in the world today thanks to the vision and ingenuity of those who built great infrastructures—works that have contributed to the progress of the regions where they were developed. Today, we must be able to plan the major works of the future.” — Pietro Salini, CEO of Webuild

“Infrastructure is essential for the future, just as the MUST is the museum of the world in evolution. EVOLUTIO and its storytelling of great works highlight the value of infrastructure as a source of inspiration for new generations.” — Fiorenzo Marco Galli, Director General, National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci
