Independent Director

Ms Zanetti is a member of the Webuild Board of Directors since April 2021.

She graduated summa cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, where she was also awarded a "dignità di stampa" award (distinction for original research). She has been a visiting scholar at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), LSE (London School of Economics and Political Science), and HKUST (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology).

She is Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University, where she serves as the Director of the Bachelor in Economics and Finance and is a Research Fellow at the Baffi research center.

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, she is also a member of the General Council of Assonime.

She currently serves as a Director and Statutory Auditor for leading companies, including Allianz Bank, Edison, and Edizione.

Previously, she served as Chairperson of Italmobiliare for nine years. Her prior experience also includes serving as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Italgas, and as a member of the Board of Directors for Italcementi, Coima Res, and Alerion Clean Power.
