Debt composition

Webuild Group accesses the capital market in order to ensure an adequate coverage of its financial needs with the aim of maintaining a solid capital structure. Bank debt, bonds and leasing are the financial instruments that the Group uses most to finance.

In January 2022, we successfully issued a bond for €400 million.  This was the first issue of a sustainability linked bond for Webuild and it demonstrates our commitment to fully integrate sustainability in our business including our financial strategy.

Debt structure

Gross debt of the Webuild Group as at December 31, 2022, was equal to €2,619 million. The overall debt structure is shown in the following graph:
