SDIR PARTICIPATION
Webuild S.p.A., for the dissemination of Information, has chosen to use the eMarket SDIR, run by Teleborsa S.r.l. in Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome - as per CONSOB authorization and resolution no. 22517 of 23 November 2022.
STORAGE PARTICIPATION
For the storage of regulated information, effective from 3 July 2026, Webuild S.p.A. has chosen to use the “eMarket STORAGE” storage mechanism, which can be consulted at , managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. and authorized by CONSOB under resolution no. 22518 of 23 November 2022.
Webuild S.p.A., until 2 July 2026, used the storage mechanism known as “1Info”, which can be consulted at , managed by Computershare S.p.A., with registered offices in Milan, Italy and authorized by CONSOB under resolution no. 18852 of 9 April 2014.
