MILAN, February 25, 2020 - Salini Impregilo welcomes the result of today’s assembly of the holders of Astaldi’s €140-million note due in 2024, which saw a vote of 80% in favour of Astaldi’s continuity restructuring plan.

The result represents another step towards the completion of the execution of Progetto Italia, Salini Impregilo’s plan to aggregate and create a large player in Italian infrastructure: WeBuild, which has also been created thanks to the entry into its capital and the support of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and the country’s main financial institutions (Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit and BPM).
