Milan, February 16, 2016  - Salini Impregilo communicates that on February 23 its Board will examine its 2015 preliminary financial results (preclosing results), and confirms that final consolidated financial results, included in the BoD’s report for 2015, will be published, as previously communicated, on March 16, 2016.

The Group is presently redefining its new 2016-2019 Industrial Plan, to be subsequently presented to the market, which includes Lane, a US construction company, leader in the highway and road sectors in more than 20 States in the USA, whose acquisition has been successfully closed, as planned, on January 4.
