The Company announces that the Board of Directors of Salini Impregilo S.p.A., which met today, resolved to revoke the establishment of the Executive Committee appointed on July 14, 2015.  This decision will allow an improvement of the corporate governance system, as it is aimed at strengthening the role of the Board of Directors, during a plenary assembly, when analysing significantly important operations of the Company.
