April 6, 2014 - Salini Impregilo wishes to announce that a single list, presented by the shareholder Salini Costruttori S.p.A., has been filed for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, which will be submitted at the next Shareholders’ Meeting, on 30 April 2014 at 10.30 (single convocation), at the Fondazione Cariplo Congress Centre in Milan, in Via Romagnosi no. 8.

Pursuant to the regulations in force, shareholders who, on their own account or together with other shareholders, own a total number of shares representing at least 0.5% of voting shares at the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting may submit lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors not related to the above-mentioned list by 8 April 2014.
