New Valfornace school donated by Webuild ready for 100 students

Milan, August 17 2017 - Students of the "Ugo Betti" school in the town of Valfornace will be able to start the next scholastic year in a new building after their former school was struck by a series of tremors between October 26 and 30 last year.
The new building, donated by Salini Impregilo, is fully furnished and equipped to allow the students to start the year on schedule. Salini Impregilo decided soon after the disastrous tremors to donate a new school to the town.
Valfornace is the result of a merger between Pievebovigliana and Fiordimonte in the province of Macerata near Italy's Adriatic coast. Located in the centre of town, the new building covers 500 square metres.
It has 17 rooms for classes, common areas and services. It will receive about 100 students at kindergarten, primary and secondary levels.
On September 6, it will be inaugurated in the presence of local officials and the chief executive of Salini Impregilo, Pietro Salini.
