Notice of change in the total amount of voting rights

Milan, March 6, 2026 - Webuild S.p.A. announces the data relating to the shares that make up the share capital and the number of voting rights exercisable at the meeting, as a result of the increased voting rights relating to a total of 1,368,105 ordinary shares that occurred in February 2026.
