Milan, 15 November 2019 - Salini Impregilo S.p.A. (“the Company”) announces the new composition of share capital (fully paid), following subscription to the share capital increase discussed and approved at the Meetings of the Board of Directors last 6 and 7 November, in the exercise of the delegation of power to increase the Company’s corporate capital pursuant to article 2443 of the ltalian Civil Code, which was conferred by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting dated 4 October 2019, and of the subsequent issue of n. 400,000,000 new ordinary shares of the Company.

Following this issue of shares, the share capital now amounts to EUR 600,000,000, divided into no. 893.788.182 shares without par value, of which no. 892.172.691 ordinary shares and no. 1.615.491 savings shares.

A certificate of execution of the capital increase pursuant to Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code has been filed with the Milan Business Register (Registro delle Imprese) on 14 November 2019.
