Notice pursuant to article 143-quater, paragraph 5, of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99

Milan, September 4, 2026 – Following the Press Release issued today regarding the change in the total number of voting rights and taking into account the removal from the Loyalty Voting Register of 7,000,000 Webuild shares held by shareholder Salini S.p.A. (as disclosed in the internal dealing notice dated 31 August 2026), set out below is the list of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding an interest exceeding 3% of the total voting rights who have applied for and obtained registration in the list for the achievement of the increased voting right.
