Milan, August 3, 2026 – Following the registration in the increased voting rights register of 10,175,348 Webuild shares held by shareholder Salini S.p.A. (as disclosed in the internal dealing notice dated May 6, 2026), subsequently reduced by 1,684,636 shares (as a result of the securities lending transaction disclosed in the internal dealing notice dated August 3, 2026), set out below is the List of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding more than 3% of the total voting rights who have applied for and obtained registration in the list for the achievement of the increased voting right.
