Milan – August 5, 2025 - Following the cancellation from the increased voting rights register of 6,182,789 Webuild shares of the shareholder Salini S.p.A. (as a result of the securities lending transactions referred to in the internal dealing communications of July 17 and August 1, 2025), the following is the list of shareholders of Webuild S.p.A. holding a stake greater than 3% of the total number of voting rights who have requested and obtained registration in the list for the achievement of the increased voting right.
