Notice pursuant to article 143-quater, paragraph 5, of consob regulation no. 11971/99

Milan – April 21, 2026 - Further to the press release issued today regarding the change in the share capital and the total number of voting rights, it is announced that, in view of the very limited number of newly issued shares (no. 1,327 shares), no significant changes are recorded with respect to the voting rights of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding a stake exceeding 3% of the total number of voting rights and registered in the List for the attainment of the enhanced voting right. The table below therefore shows no changes compared to the previous press release dated March 6, 2026.
