• the notice of call of the Savings Shareholders Special Meeting of Webuild S.p.A. (“Meeting”), called by the Common Representative of the Savings Shareholders (the “Common Representative”) for 12 October 2026, at 11:30 a.m., in a single call (see also the section “Governance/Mandatory Notices”);
• the extract of the aforementioned notice of call, published today in the newspaper "Corriere della Sera" in accordance with the applicable legislation (please also see "Governance / Mandatory Notices" section);
• the Common Representative's Report on the items of the agenda of the Meeting.
