January 10, 2014 - Salini Impregilo S.p.A., a company managed and coordinated by Salini Costruttori S.p.A., wishes to announce that Fabrizio Gatti has today tendered his resignation as statutory auditor, effective immediately, for reasons relating to his professional commitments.
