October 26, 2015 - Salini Impregilo proves itself to be a “national employment champion”. According to the ranking issued by Mediobanca’s research department concerning the main Italian companies, released last week, the Group increased the number of its employees by 9.2 percent, going from 31,280 in 2013 to 34,144 in 2014. This is the largest increase recorded among the top 30 Italian listed companies, both public or private.

A growing international presence, with a turnover and recruitment numbers on the rise: Salini Impregilo is also a champion of growth, as reported by the R&D study for 2015 released by Mediobanca in early August. The results of the report, which analyses the consolidated financial results of 50 major listed groups on the Milan Stock Exchange in 2014, confirm the Group’s successful business model and its financial and organisational management efficiency.

Salini Impregilo ranks highest among the major contractors with more than 83% of its turnover produced abroad, with a willingness to explore new markets that is a key engine of wealth not only for the company but also for Italy.
