January 12, 2015 - Salini Costruttori S.p.A. has assigned, free of charge, 1,524,141 Salini Impregilo ordinary shares to certain managers and key figures as recognition for their determinant contribution to the establishment of the new Group, created from the merger of Salini and Impregilo and well-known as a

global player in the infrastructure sector.

The assigned shares are subject to a three year lock-up period and correspond to 0.31% of the ordinary share capital of Salini Impregilo S.p.A. and 0.5% of the interest Salini Costruttori S.p.A. holds in Salini Impregilo S.p.A.
