MILAN, September 26, 2026 – It is hereby announced that, as of today, the draft resolutions submitted pursuant to Article 126-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF) by the holder of Webuild savings, D&C Governance Technologies S.r.l. (holder of an interest exceeding 2.5 percent of the relevant class share capital), have been made available to the public on the Company's website - www.webuildgroup.com - in the section “Governance/Shareholders’ Meetings”. They have also been made available at the Company’s registered office and through the authorised storage mechanism 1Info (www.1info.it).

The proposals relate to the items on the agenda of the forthcoming Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders of the Company scheduled for October 12, 2026.
