Milan, April 4, 2016 - Salini Impregilo (MTA: SAL) announces it completed the sale of Todini Costruzioni Generali to Prime System Kz Ltd. for approximately €51 million, in accordance with the transaction terms previously communicated with the press release dated January 15, 2016.
