Milan, May 15, 2020 – Please note that today, the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 4, 2020, to modify the company name from "Salini Impregilo S.p.A." to "Webuild S.p.A.” was registered in the Business Register of Milan, MonzaBrianza and Lodi.

 “Webuild S.p.A.”, the new company name, is therefore effective from today.

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting and the new Bylaws will be made available to the public according to the terms and timing foreseen by the current applicable Law.
