Milan, July 1, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period June 24-28, 2024 included, no. 35,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.003% of the ordinary share capital and 0.47% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €71,190.00. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of June 28, 2024, amounts to 25,327,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.489% of the ordinary share capital.
