Milan, March 2, 2026 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period February 23-27, 2026 included, no. 50,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.005% of the ordinary share capital and 0.59% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €164,788.50. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of February 27, 2026, amounts to 29,034,906 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.853% of the ordinary share capital.
