Milan, August 5, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period July 29-August 2, 2024 included, no. 200,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.020% of the ordinary share capital and 1.54% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €466,779.80. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of August 2, 2024, amounts to 25,557,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.512% of the ordinary share capital.
