Milan, July 8, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period July 1-5, 2024 included, no. 20,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.002% of the ordinary share capital and 0.21% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €42,000.00. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of July 5, 2024, amounts to 25,347,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.491% of the ordinary share capital.
