Milan, September 8, 2025 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period September 1-5, 2025 included, no. 1,105,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.11% of the ordinary share capital and 6.12% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €3,975,927.38. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of September 5, 2025, amounts to 27.523.437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.705% of the ordinary share capital.
