Milan, June 17, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period June 10-14, 2024 included, no. 755,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.074% of the ordinary share capital and 5.84% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of € 1,481,465.16. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of June 14, 2024, amounts to 25,174,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.474% of the ordinary share capital.
