Milan, February 23, 2026 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period February 16-20, 2026 included, no. 20,602 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.002% of the ordinary share capital and 0,21% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €68,648.79. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of January 26, 2026, amounts to 28,984,906 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.848% of the ordinary share capital.
