Weekly communication regarding share buy-back programme

Milan, March 23, 2026 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period March 16-20, 2026 included, no. 240,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.02% of the ordinary share capital and 0.64% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €567,305.47. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of March 20, 2026, amounts to 30,504,906 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.997% of the ordinary share capital.
