Milan, January 26, 2026 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period January 19-23, 2026 included, no. 500,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.049% of the ordinary share capital and 3.17% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €1,696,018. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of January 26, 2026, amounts to 28,964,304 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.846% of the ordinary share capital.
