March 31, 2014 - Salini Impregilo S.p.A. has today announced that the major shareholder Salini Costruttori S.p.A. presented its list for the nomination of the Statutory Auditors which was made available to the public - under current legislation - at the Company’s Registered Office, the Market managing company and the Company's website www.webuildgroup.com in the "Governance – Shareholders’ Meeting - Ordinary Meeting dated 30 April 2014" section and will be submitted to the Salini Impregilo S.p.A.  Shareholders’ meeting on 30 April, 2014, 10:30 am, at the Fondazione Cariplo Congress Centre in Milan, in Via Romagnosi no. 8.

Under current legislation, the shareholders who, either alone or along with other shareholders, hold shares representing at least 1% of the capital share with voting rights at ordinary meetings may present lists for the appointment of the Statutory Auditors that are not in any way linked to the above-mentioned list, no later than April 5,2014.
