Outstanding learning opportunities for your growth: Webuild Academy and POLIMI Graduate School of Management
At the heart of the initiative is the highly qualifying Second-Level University Master’s Degree focused on Construction & Project Management, developed through the close collaboration between Webuild Academy and the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.
This advanced learning model has been specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic education and the realities of the professional world, combining the methodological excellence of Politecnico di Milano with Webuild’s operational and industrial expertise.
Through a programme that integrates classroom training, project work based on real business cases, and continuous on-the-job mentoring provided by company tutors, participants develop a comprehensive set of technical, managerial and strategic skills.
The Master’s programme runs alongside the professional experience for 24 months, combining in-person training, online learning, and practical workplace application.
The learning model is built around three core dimensions: knowledge, action and relationships, enabling participants to acquire tools and methodologies, apply them in real-life situations, and grow through interaction with lecturers, industry professionals and Webuild experts.
The programme includes 360 hours of training, structured across four key areas:
- Onboarding & Induction: understanding the Group’s culture, organisation and operational environments.
- Company Functions: gaining insight into the contribution of different business functions throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Project & Power Skill Lab: developing project management, collaboration and problem-solving capabilities through case studies, simulations and workshops.
- Technical Deep Dive: strengthening role-specific technical expertise, methodologies and specialised tools..
The Master’s programme is completed by a 375-hour Project Work, focused on developing innovative solutions and improving business processes, offering participants the opportunity to transform learning into a tangible contribution to the business.
