At Webuild, we believe in the value of the professional growth of young talent. This is why we have designed a series of initiatives dedicated to fostering their integration into the Group's culture and organisation, accelerating the transfer of knowledge and tools needed for their development. 

Among the main initiatives dedicated to youth training and development there’s: Mentoring for Onboarding, Training for Technical Skills Development, Potential Assessment and Learning Paths focused on soft skills.

 

Mentoring for Onboarding

Through the onboarding mentoring programme, we support new recruits in the induction phase. Each newcomer is paired with a more experienced colleague (mentor) who facilitates the induction process by transferring practical tools to quickly understand Webuild's business processes and culture

This approach fosters integration and knowledge of the Group's values, promoting positive and constructive relations with managers and colleagues.

 

Programme Talents

Designed for young professionals, the Talent Programme aims to develop soft and behavioural skills through:

  • assessment and self-awareness activities of one's strengths, areas for improvement and career goals;
  • a management training programme, based on both online and interactive classrooms or webinars of an experiential and workshop type;
  • the definition of targeted development plans to accelerate the growth path of Top Talents and Top Potentials.

 

Job Rotation

Webuild also offers job rotation, allowing mobility between the different sectors of the Group and on an international scale. Job rotation fosters a broader knowledge of business and accelerates development through growth in technical and managerial skills.
