Professional background and corporate appointments

Massimo Ferrari is General Manager Corporate and Finance, Group Chief Financial Officer of Webuild S.p.A. (a rebranding of Salini Impregilo S.P.A.)

He is also Board Member of Cairo Communication and CairoRCS Media. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of TIM S.p.A., of AC Milan S.p.A.  and of the Equita Group.

He has a role as Professor at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

 

Previous professional experience

Previously, he covered the roles of Portfolio Manager, Head of Investments and CEO in various Asset Management companies (Fondinvest, Gestifondi, Romagest, Capitalia Asset Management, Fineco Asset Management).

He served as Head of Issuer Division of Consob.

Past appointments also saw him Board Member of Borsa Italiana (Italian Stock Exchange), covering various roles in Assogestioni, Assoreti, Assosim, and other international bodies.

 

Education

He holds a Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.
