Shareholders' Meeting 2024
1. Approved 2023 annual financial statements and presented the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2023: excellent results and 2023 guidance exceeded with double-digit growth in revenues and margins
2. Dividend of €0.071 for each Ordinary Share (+25% compared to 2022) and €0.824 for each Savings Share. The dividend will be distributed on May 22, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of May 20, 2024 (record date: May 21, 2024).
